Returns & Exchanges

Gohar is pleased to offer a one-time exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Please note that returns received outside of this 14-day window will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

Due to their bespoke and highly personal nature, all engagement rings are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy also extends to any customized products, including pieces that have been resized.

Shipping & Processing

Clients are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. We strongly recommend insuring your package, as Gohar cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please ensure returns are shipped via UPS or DHL. Shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

Repair Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work. Gohar offers complimentary repairs for pieces within one year of purchase, provided the damage is a result of normal wear and usage (determined at our discretion).

For repairs needed after the one-year warranty period, we are happy to offer services for a fee.
